Speed and Agility Camp
Team Transform Fitness will be running a one-week speed and agility camp for two different age groups; ages 10-14, ages 15-21.
Week One July 10-14th
Week Two July 17-21st
8:30-10:30am (ages 10-14)
11:00-1:00pm (ages 15-21 )
Max: 30 max per group
Cost: $225 per athlete, per week

Transform Sports Performance will be holding it’s first annual speed and agility camp.
Speed & Agility coach and co owner Brian Harrington will be leading the camp with a group of Transform’s head coaches and trainers. The camp will take a progressive approach to improving the athletes overall speed, agility, explosiveness, lateral motion, acceleration, deceleration.
Your athlete will learn the proper mechanics for running which include both lower body and upper body motions, they will learn how to change directions properly, and be more explosive on their field or court of play.
Our camp is about educating each athlete not just coaching or lecturing them. We want our athletes to become fully aware of how to properly implement our progressive techniques on their own.
As the week progresses so will the drills concluding with a final assessment and team competition. A final report will provided to each athlete with information about their progression as well as areas our coaches feel they need to work on.
